Hormones a little… all over the place?
Let’s talk hormones.
If yours have been feeling a little… unpredictable lately—you’re not imagining it.
Maybe your energy is up and down, your mood has you thinking, “who even am I today?”, your sleep is patchy, or your cycle just isn’t doing what it used to.
It’s easy to blame your hormones themselves—but here’s the thing:
Hormones rarely act up without a reason.
They’re usually responding to something deeper going on in the body.
Things like:
• An overloaded liver (hello, sluggish detox pathways)
• Unmanaged stress (your nervous system matters more than you think)
• Poor sleep quality (even if you’re technically “getting hours”)
• Nutritional deficiencies or imbalances (much more common than you think)
• Blood sugar swings (how many of us survive on coffee and a quick sweet treat in the afternoon?)
• Gut health disruptions (bloating? constipation? gassiness?)
In other words—your body isn’t broken. It’s communicating.
And those “hormonal symptoms”? They’re often clues.
So what do you go from here?
This is where my work is a little different.
Rather than chasing or suppressing symptoms, I work with your body to uncover what’s actually driving the imbalance.
Using a blend of naturopathy, nutrition, and kinesiology, we gently piece things together—looking at how your body is functioning as a whole, not just one system in isolation.
From there, we focus on:
✨ Supporting your liver and detox pathways (have you tried having dandelion tea each day?)
✨ Regulating your nervous system and stress response (what are your habits and routines around screens, sleeping and eating like? have you tried magnesium? what are you still saying “yes” to that you really want to be screaming “NO!!” to?)
✨ Improving sleep (the real kind of restorative sleep)
✨ Replenishing key nutrients (I can’t stress the importance of B vitamins and magnesium enough here)
✨ Bringing your body back into balance, by listening to exactly what your body tells us it needs
No extremes. No one-size-fits-all protocols. Just considered, tailored support.
Because when the underlying drivers are addressed, your hormones don’t need to be “fixed” - they begin to rebalance naturally.
If something in this is sounding a little familiar, it might be time to look a little deeper.
