Initial Consultation
From the moment you book your first consultation, your journey back to balance begins. Before we meet, you’re invited to share your health and wellness journey with me by completing a detailed pre-consult questionnaire – giving me a deeper understanding of where you’ve been, where you are now, and where you truly want to be.
When we meet at your initial consultation, our time together is spent exploring your nutrition and lifestyle habits, including your daily nutrient intake, sleep routine, energy levels, stress tolerance, movement and exercise routines, and your mindset – uncovering the patterns that may be holding you back. From this, we co-create a S.M.A.R.T. goal that is aligned with how you want to feel, be, and show up in your life. We then balance your body to this goal, uncovering and clearing blockages that have prevented you from thriving in the past, and make tailored diet and lifestyle changes (ie. set your “homework” from the session) that your body needs in order to feel healthy and well. We then check your body’s willingness to achieve your goal.

Using kinesiology, we then listen directly to your body – identifying and clearing the hidden imbalances, subconscious blocks, and self-sabotage patterns that have been standing in your way of optimal health. Your body guides the process, revealing exactly what it needs to restore harmony. This may involve making small, sustainable adjustments to your diet and lifestyle habits, supporting key body systems, releasing stored emotional stress, addressing toxins or deficiencies, or introducing targeted natural and energetic remedies.
By the end of your session, there’s a profound shift. We confirm with your body that it’s ready and able to move toward your goal, leaving you feeling clearer, lighter, and deeply supported, with a personalised path forward that’s uniquely yours.
Follow-up Consultation
Follow-up consultations are where your transformation deepens and unfolds. We begin by revisiting the symptoms and concerns you first came in with, and progress made on any “homework” you were assigned, taking the time to acknowledge the wins and challenges – that have occurred since your last session.
From here, we “tweak” your health and wellness goals around your progress to date, and your current stage of your healing journey – because as you evolve, so too does the path forward.
* Extended consults (90 minutes) are available for existing clients who have multiple health challenges, which require more tailored attention, and for those returning to see me after an extended period *

Using kinesiology, we once again tune into your body’s innate wisdom, identifying any new or lingering imbalances connected to this updated goal. We clear blocks around motivation, readiness, or resistance, and uncover any subconscious patterns that may still be holding you back. Your body then guides us toward exactly what it needs next. As always, we complete the session by confirming with your body that it is now aligned with and able to move toward your goal.
The Process
This process is about so much more than symptom relief – it’s about really listening to and understanding what your body is telling you, so that you can help it heal.
With each session, you build a deeper connection to your body’s signals, learning to trust its wisdom and respond with confidence.
Rather than outsourcing your health, you begin to take control of it – feeling empowered to make small, sustainable and consistent choices that are in alignment with your body’s highest good. Over time, this creates a profound shift: from relying on external answers and suppressing symptoms, to becoming the authority on your own wellbeing, supporting the healing process, and restoring clarity, vitality, and a true sense of health and wellness.
